Acceptable Use Policy
SantaPet is meant for wholesome festive pet photos. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in refused generation, removal of content we still control, blocked access, cancelled unlocks, and reports to providers or authorities when required.
1. Allowed use
- Uploading clear photos of pets you own or are authorized to use, for personal holiday-style costume previews and downloads you unlock.
- Sharing outputs in ways that respect others’ rights and platform rules.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not upload, request, generate, or use SantaPet for:
- Illegal activity of any kind, or content that facilitates crime.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, or any sexual/exploitative content involving anyone 17 or under — zero tolerance. Report suspected CSAM to authorities and relevant hotlines; contact us at [email protected] if you believe such material was submitted.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepnudes, or sexual content involving real people without clear lawful consent.
- Hate, harassment, or violent extremism — including content that attacks people based on protected characteristics, or that promotes terrorism or severe violence.
- Impersonation and fraud — pretending to be another person, brand, or official service to deceive others.
- Trademark / brand abuse — using uploads or outputs to fake official Disney, studio, sports-team, or other brand merchandise; passing SantaPet off as an official licensee; or other confusing trademark misuse.
- Copyright infringement — uploading photos or art you do not have rights to process.
- Privacy violations — uploading identifiable people (including faces in the background) without a lawful basis, or doxxing.
- Malware, scraping abuse, or attacks — attempting to break rate limits, probe vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer for attack, or overload the service.
- Spam or high-volume automation beyond normal personal use without our written permission.
3. Our enforcement rights
We may refuse or interrupt processing, delete temporary files we control, deny or revoke unlocks related to misuse (including without refund when AUP abuse is involved), and share necessary information with Cloudflare, Creem, or law enforcement when we believe in good faith it is required or appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all uploads but may review reports and technical signals.
4. Reporting
Report abuse or illegal content: [email protected]. Include URLs, request/checkout ids if you have them, and a brief description.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the revised AUP.
